2023 Fall Mountain Bike Service Special
All services include inspection of the service parts. Service price does not include repair parts nor replacement parts. Sales tax of 6.75% is added to all work orders. A typical season repair looks like this at Insight Bike Works. Call with questions (435)222-8421.
Dirty Bikes - I do not service dirty bikes and I prefer not to clean them. A flat $45 fee for cleaning a dirty bike will be incurred if necessary.
When your bike is finished, please pick it up within a couple of days. Unlike brick and mortar shops, I have very limited space. If in the Heber Valley, I can pickup or drop off for an additional flat-rate of $15.00 per trip, not per bike. If outside this area the fee will be adjusted based on time required to make the trip. This can help with tight schedules. *I only transport 4 bikes per trip as my rack is only good for that, which is a Yakima upright rack. (additional details)
I do not offer e-bike repairs at this time. more info.
Thank you.

I encourage you to bring your own parts, however it is that you purhcase them. Do your shopping on the internet? I offer consulting to help you get the right thing. Currently, I do not have vendor accounts. I am beholden to the same parts market that you are. I hope to change this soon.
If you have trouble with equipment and it requires a warranty assessment and warranty handling, reinstallation for warranty parts is not free; I charge for these services. I will personally work with the company to get it processed, if possible. If the manufacturer will not pay for the work, I will work something out with you. Quality of work can only be guaranteed for about 3 months. Parts in use have their own warranty, but how it is set up is the work that I do. Shifting starting to not feel right? Come see me. That's Insight's upfront warranty policy, but it will evolve with time. Thank you all for understanding.
